Our service is unique in that it's highly result-driven compared to traditional marketing agencies or in-house solutions. We generate leads using our own money and sell the lead at a fixed price to clients in real-time based on agreed-upon lead criteria. This ensures our lead quality and volume levels are always operating at the maximum efficiency levels and has helped us retain clients for far longer than the industry standard.

It will be your job to dive deep across every marketing channel to apply a mix of data, design, customer development, and a scientific mindset to improve the performance of conversion on a range of lead generation funnels. You will have an extensive range of technology to help you move fast and liaise with the relevant internal and client stakeholders.

This means your job will involve planning, building, launching and optimising lead generation funnels alongside our internal development and media buying teams.

We design, code and build:

  1. Pre-sell/landing pages
  2. Lead qualification forms and quizzes
  3. Websites
  4. Anything that helps us generate premium quality leads at volume

This role is centred on delivering significant revenue through programs that drive scalable results from all stages of the marketing funnel. You’ll also be responsible for creating scalable systems to increase the volume of qualified leads within our key lead verticals and help exceed our growth key performance indicators.

The Role

  • - Design, implement and analyze offers and lead generation systems across all major lead verticals on offer.
  • - Design wireframes and UI kits for the development team to rapidly develop lead gen assets.
  • - Work with the development team directly offering instructions and guidance to drive real results such as an increased lead supply or increase in lead quality.
  • - Combine data analysis, customer feedback, design, & UX/UI principles to drive growth for Cobra Digital and its clients.
  • - Work with the media buying team to make sure all lead gen objectives are being met as well as rapidly adjusting to external factors such as compliance or ad network changes.
  • - Acquire leads in volume by heavily understanding every stage of the funnel and non-linear lead gen strategies.

Qualifications

  • - Experience working in a growth-oriented marketing or team focused on generating leads and revenue growth.
  • - Experience working with performance marketing metrics.
  • - Deep understanding of technology and software.
  • - Collaboration and cooperation with copywriters, designers, and content producers to consistently optimize performance.
  • - Strong ability to set and work towards goals for the benefit of the company and its clients without being directly prompted.

Desirable

  • - Knowledge of marketing data analytics and attribution platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and 3rd party attribution platforms.
  • - Knowledge and experience of multiple digital advertising platforms including Facebook and Google.
  • - Experience with modern CRM systems, Hotjar, Ad network tracking pixels, alternative traffic sources.
  • - Knowledge and experience building websites or software.
  • - Previous experience in a SaaS environment or tech startup.
